"Chibi" North Korea

North Korea (北朝鮮 North Korea) is a fan-made minor country character, seeing how she can no longer attended world meetings.

Appearance

North Korea has pink hair and pink eyes, her hair usually tied in pigtails or multiple strains of hair tied with bows. She wears a normal dark green military uniform with combat boots, sometimes seen wearing a military hat, and has swords strapped to her sides, and carries multiple weapons that are hidden in her boots, pants, and jacket.

Personality

North Korea is insane and highly brutal, which is why is was banned from the world meetings. She craves power and victory, often trying to start wars to get those things, and not stopping until she wins. She hardly ever drops her crazed smile, unless she gets annoyed. When annoyed, she usually beats the person she deems guilty for making her feel that way. She is a maniac that can never be trusted, and is often making plots to kill America.

Relationships

North Korea has no good relationships with any country, which includes her brother, South Korea. She does not mind having friendships or good relationships in general.

America: America and North Korea are battling enemies, often psychically fighting each other when they spot one another. Though America has tried in the past to make peace with North Korea, she always denies the peace making.

South Korea: North Korea and her brother have a unhealthy relationship. She often abuses her brother when she feels the "need to do so". South Korea usually tries to stay away from her, because he is extremely afraid of her, and cowards at her feet when he spots her.
